Bio
Michael LaFrancis has over 30 years of experience advising business leaders, change sponsors and change agents. His high-performing teams and partnerships learn, serve and grow together with their clients as they transform mission critical service delivery. His experience spans state and local government and education, high technology, professional services, financial services and health industries.
He is currently leading an incubator project at the Society for Organizational Learning focused on “Connecting Education-Community-Work for the 21st Century.
Mr. LaFrancis has held a variety of business development and management consulting positions at some of the world’s leading information technology firms including Gartner, Inc. and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has started two business improvement consulting practices; chartered a public-private partnership; built an executive education peer learning community and been a frequent mentor of other professionals.
