Cliff Kayser

Cliff is a VP and Owner/Partner of Polarity Partnerships, LLC and Founder/President of Xperience® LLC, both of which provide OD Consulting, Coaching, and Leadership Training services. Also under Xperience® LLC is Kayser Ridge Retreat and Learning Center in Berkeley Springs, WV, which Cliff built and operates to serve the well-being community (www.KayserRidge.com). Cliff serves as an adjunct/visiting faculty for: AU Master s in OD and KEY Executive Programs, The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, The Mason Center for Team and Organizational Learning, and the Federal Executive Institute. He is a coaching faculty in the Advanced Coaching Certificate program in Leadership Well-being at Mason s Center for the Advancement of Well-being. Formerly, Cliff was VP of OD and Training for The National Cooperative Bank in Washington, D.C. and spent nearly a decade at The Washington Post newspaper as Senior OD Consultant and The Washington Post Company as Corporate Manager of HR and Training. Cliff holds Master s Degrees in both Organization Development and HR Management from American University and is a graduate of Georgetown Leadership Coaching program. In 2010 Cliff was published in The Love, with thought leaders and Nobel and Pulitzer Prize winners, including Andrew Cohen, Maya Angelou, and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Cliff was a keynote speaker at the PEGASUS Conference in 2012 (with Peter Senge, Margaret Wheatley, and Peter Block).
